One Wish Coaching LLC (“Coach Cathy,” “I,” “me”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information I collect through cathydunford.com and how I use it.

What I collect

When you fill out a form, book a consultation, or sign up for notes from me, I collect what you share: your name, email address, and anything you write in your message. Like most websites, this site may also collect basic, anonymous usage information (such as pages visited and browser type).

How I use it

I use your information to reply to you, schedule and hold our conversations, and provide coaching or mentoring services. If you check the box to stay in touch, I’ll send you an occasional email. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email.

What I never do

I never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Tools I use

I use trusted services to run my practice, including HubSpot (forms, scheduling, and email), Zoom (video sessions), and Framer (website hosting). These services process your information only to provide their services to me.

Coaching conversations

What you share in coaching or mentoring sessions is kept confidential, as described in my coaching agreement and the ICF Code of Ethics.

Your choices

You can ask me to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing cathy@cathydunford.com.

Changes

I may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows when it last changed.
