CREDENTIAL PATH
ICF Credentialed Mentor Coaching
For coaches pursuing ACC or PCC credentials. Meets the ICF's 10-hour mentor coaching requirement, with feedback anchored in the PCC markers.
What's included:
(3) Recorded session review for ACC or PCC Markers
(3) One-on-One mentor coaching sessions
(7) Group mentor coaching sessions in cohorts of 10 or less
Mentor Coaching Documentation for your ICF application

FULL 10-HOUR PACKAGE $1800
Recorded Review + 1:1 session + ACC/PCC feedback- $400 ea.

How It Works
How Does ICF Mentor Coaching Work?
I am here to help you understand how to earn and ACC or PCC credential.

Meet for a free chemistry session.
Let's get together and make sure we are the right fit. Mentoring is also about the chemistry between the coach and the mentor.

Submit a recorded session.
You will submitt the a 30-60 min recorded session and transcript that I will review and score against the ACC or PCC markers.

Receive ICF level feedback on your session.
The feedback yu receive will include 2-4 specific areas for growth including the markers involved. It also includes 2-4 specific areas where you are achieving the required markers successfully.
04
Schedule and complete a 1:1 mentoring session.
This mentoring call is fundamental and required to put all of this learning together and talk through specific examples of where you can grow to acheieve your certification successfully.
What to expect
Expect to be seen and challenged.
Mentoring is fundamentally different than coaching. We work together to blend your coaching skills and training with who you are at your core, and what your lived experiences have been.
In our sessions, expect me to be a ferocious supporter of those things that make you a truly unique coach and person. I will challenge you to be your most authentic self. I will also share what I have learned from my own experience coaching real people. You can also count on me to “speak the truth in love” when we need to address blind spots that will serve you and your clients best.
Expect to be deeply seen and understood. Expect to be stretched and supported in becoming the coach you know you can be.
